Our Mission: Established in 1984, Gresham Heights Learning Center (GHLC) has long been committed to providing a safe, stimulating environment that stresses the process of learning, not the product. We work hard to provide a high-quality, caring atmosphere for the children in our care in preschool and before, as well as in our afterschool care programs.

Adults are available to provide guidance and to model appropriate behaviors, to verbalize the process, to help children communicate their needs, and to give a sense of security to the children while at play.
For the young child, play is the single, most effective means to accomplish integration and growth for the whole child. Play provides children with unparalleled opportunities for integrating their “whole self.” During play, all “selves” are used simultaneously.
